Custom crating, built to the item
White-glove starts with a crate engineered to the load, not a stock box it half-fits. That means a wooden crate or skid sized to the equipment, internal blocking so nothing shifts, and foam or cushioning wherever impact or vibration would do damage. Heavy items get a base a forklift or pallet jack can actually pick from the right points.
Wrap, cushion, and protect
Inside the crate, the equipment gets shrink-wrap and moisture barriers against road spray and humidity, corner and edge protection, and cushioning tuned to how fragile it is. For electronics and machined surfaces, that protection is the difference between plug-in-and-go and a warranty claim.
Enclosed, air-ride transport
White-glove freight rides enclosed and on air-ride — out of the weather and off the road shock. It is blocked and braced so it cannot walk around the trailer, and high-value shipments can travel with shock indicators so any rough handling is visible on arrival. Delivery that does not stop at the tailgate
Standard freight ends when the pallet hits the dock. White-glove goes further: curbside, threshold, inside, or spot placement depending on what you booked, with the crew handling the last few feet as carefully as the last few hundred miles. Packaging and debris can be removed on request so you are left with the equipment, ready to install.
